I have always been athletic and grew up doing an assortment of different sports, my main focus was rowing which I did regionally until 2011 when I began studying at the University of Exeter and took a break from competitive sports.

It wasn't until 2012 in my second year at University that I found triathlon, and I wish I had come across it sooner. I was hooked and began racing in 2013.

I grew up in the heart of the New Forest and never appreciated how perfect it was for triathletes.

After graduating in 2014 I decided that I wasn't ready to pursue a career in industry, knowing I had so much more to give to triathlon. I am currently working as a coaching assistant for Les-Stables Training Camps with my main focus on training and racing in 2015.
